Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Because of technical and administrative reasons, returns of online orders are not possible in JJ Hat Center stores.
Any items purchased in-store can only be exchanged or returned with receipt within 14 days in "like-new" condition for store credit. No refunds.
Original condition
JJ Hat Center will inspect all returns. All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and labels still attached. It's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for an extended period.
A full refund will be issued electronically for items returned in "like-new" condition postmarked within 14 days of receipt of order. If a refund or exchange is required, the customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to us.
Return Process

Fill in the returns form supplied and pop it into the parcel together with the item being returned or start a return on our website and follow the instructions.

Seal the parcel securely and take it to your preferred shipping partner.

Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us by yourself.
- You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at JJHatCenter.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to the original place of purchase or Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
